NOVELTY - Combustion intelligent expansion response polyphenylene sulfide composite fiber comprises 93-97 wt.% polyphenylthioether resin, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene-loaded iron oxide, and 2.5-5 wt.% high-temperature expansion flame retardant. USE - Combustion intelligent expansion response polyphenyl thioether composite fiber is prepared into heat-resistant and smoke-inhibiting composite fabric through textile technique (claimed), and used in military industry, thermal protection, chemical protection and severe working condition environment field. ADVANTAGE - The combustion intelligent expansion response polyphenyl thioether composite fiber has high barrier property of graphene in graphene-loaded iron oxide and high temperature oxidation catalytic oxidation of iron oxide, by introducing graphene load iron oxide in the system, improving the combustion catalytic carbonization performance of the polyphenylene sulfide composite fiber. The high temperature expansion flame retardant the degradation temperature is greater than 330℃.
