NOVELTY - Graphene carbon nano-tube heat-conducting slurry comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphite, 1-5 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. n-butanol, 5-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 80-95 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone. USE - Used as a graphene carbon nano-tube heat-conducting slurry. ADVANTAGE - The slurry: forms ordered arrangement of graphene and carbon nano-tube; and improves the heat-conducting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene carbon nano-tube heat-conducting slurry comprising (1) mixing the carbon nano tube, dimethyl formamide, n-butyl alcohol, epoxy resin, N-methyl pyrrolidone and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and ultrasonically obtaining uniformly dispersed system, (2) adding the graphite powder into the uniform dispersion system, gradually layering the graphite under the action of the ultrasonic, gradually increasing the carbon nano-tube with the liquid between the graphite layers to the graphite interlayer gap to the graphite in the liquid system to peel the graphene as graphene, and (3) removing part of N-methyl pyrrolidone to obtain graphene carbon nano-tube heat conducting slurry with proper viscosity.
