▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A treated polydimethylsiloxane substrate is immersed in three-necked flask comprising 4-vinylpyridine and distilled water, to obtain substrate surface containing pyridyl group. 8-hydroxyquinoline-zinc phthalocyanine (I) is mixed with methylene chloride, to obtain mixture (a). The polydimethylsiloxane substrate is immersed in mixture (a), dried, pressed, and pattern is transferred to substrate. The patterned substrate is immersed in graphene solution, to obtain graphene patterns on substrate. USE - Micro-contact printing method of graphene pattern on substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is carried out efficiently and economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polydimethylsiloxane substrate is ultrasonically-cleaned using ethanol for 1 hour, vacuum-dried at 80 degrees C, and irradiated using isotopic cobalt (60Co) gamma -rays for 24 hours. The substrate is immersed in a three-necked flask comprising 1 pt. wt. 4-vinylpyridine and 500 pts. wt. distilled water at 80 degrees C for 1 hour, to obtain substrate surface containing pyridyl group. 8-hydroxyquinoline-zinc phthalocyanine of formula (I) is mixed with methylene chloride, to obtain mixture (a). Carboxyl-functionalized graphene is dissolved in water, and ultrasonically-treated for 1 minute, to obtain graphene solution. The polydimethylsiloxane substrate is immersed in mixture (a) for 1-2 minutes, dried for 30-60 seconds, pressed for 10-20 seconds, and pattern is transferred to the substrate. The patterned substrate is immersed in graphene solution for 10-30 minutes, to obtain graphene patterns on the substrate.
