NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial aqueous polyurethane coating comprises e.g. adding isophorone diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, adding dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst, insulating, adding acetone, dissolving dimethyl methyl butyric acid, adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate and triethylamine for 10 minutes, adding deionized water, and dissolving graphene/titanium dioxide composites and photoinitiator in acetone, and distilling solvent using rotary evaporator to obtain mixture of graphene/titanium dioxide f composite and photoinitiator and ultrasonically dispersing in aqueous-based polyurethane. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial aqueous polyurethane coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has antibacterial property and improves environmental performance of coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial aqueous polyurethane coating comprises adding isophorone diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, stirring at 80-90 degrees C, adding dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst, insulating for 1.5-2.5 hours, cooling at 65-75 degrees C, adding acetone, dissolving dimethyl methyl butyric acid, refluxing for 1.5-2.5 hours, cooling at 55-64 degrees C, adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate, insulating for 5-7 hours, cooling at room temperature, adding triethylamine for 10 minutes, adding deionized water at a rate of 1300-1700 revolution/minute, stirring for 20-40 minutes, and dissolving graphene/titanium dioxide composites and photoinitiator in acetone, and distilling solvent using a rotary evaporator to obtain mixture of graphene/titanium dioxide composite and photoinitiator, ultrasonically dispersing in aqueous-based polyurethane, solidifying and forming at room temperature to obtain antibacterial aqueous polyurethane coating.
