NOVELTY - A water-based coated aluminum pigment is prepared by taking flake aluminum powder, adding to vacuum grinder equipped with ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, adding nano silica, introducing nitrogen, adding passivation agent, grinding for 10-15 minutes, using 1-5degrees Celsius low dissolved oxygen pure water to clean the cleaning tank, drying, coating obtain product with a mixed raw material of nano-aluminum nitrogen doped graphene and water-based epoxy phosphate using a vapor coating equipment, introducing nitrogen, drying at 55-65degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes, ball milling, and filter pressing. USE - Method for preparing water-based coated aluminum pigment. ADVANTAGE - The product has excellent gloss, has strong mechanical and physical and chemical properties, has stable properties, and can minimize the chemical reactions of conventional products.
