▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Color conversion tunable light emitting device comprises a quantum dot having a core-shell structure made of zinc oxide nanoparticles and graphene, and which coated with a mussel adhesive protein to form a light emitting layer having functionalized quantum dots. USE - Used as color conversion tunable light emitting light emitting diode. ADVANTAGE - The device improves dispersibility, has secondary light emission characteristic and excellent physical properties, generates green light wavelength band, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing color conversion tunable light emitting device, comprising (a) preparing quantum dot having nucleus-shell structure containing zinc oxide nanoparticles as nuclei and graphene as shell, (b) mixing and coating a mussel adhesive protein on the surface of the quantum dot to obtain a functionalized quantum dot having liquid crystal layer, (c) forming a hole injecting layer and a hole transporting layer on a liquid crystal layer substrate, (d) forming a light emitting layer by spin-coating a functionalized quantum dot on a liquid crystal layer, and (e) forming an electrode on the light emitting layer; and (2) quantum dots comprising a mussel adhesive protein is coated on the nuclear-shell structure containing zinc oxide nanoparticles and graphene, and in which polydopamine is chemically bonded to the graphene surface.
