▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves raising furnace temperature to 1020-1050degreesC within 35min after heat preservation is over. Methane carbon source of 1-20sccm is immediately introduced when the temperature reaches 1020-1050degreesC at heat preservation time of 20-40min. A methane valve is closed. A furnace cover is opened to achieve rapid cooling in mixed atmosphere of hydrogen and argon. A sample is lowered to room temperature within 150 minutes to obtain graphene-copper composite powder. Graphene is obtained after dissolving copper powder. USE - Method for preparing graphene on a surface of copper powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing simple and feasible graphene preparing process with high safety and facilitating industrialization preparation of the graphite.
