NOVELTY - A drug carrier is provided with an anthracycline immobilized on a flaky graphene oxide by a peptide linker. The graphene oxide is suspended in a sol containing an enzyme hydrolyzing the peptide bond in the linker connecting the graphene oxide with the drug. USE - Carrier is used for anthracycline-group-based anticancer drug, preferably doxorubicin and epirubicin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the carrier, which involves adding a solution of divinylsulfone to graphene oxide which activates hydroxyl groups present on a surface of graphene oxide, adding 1-10 mg/L Gly-Gly-Leu peptide linker to the graphene oxide, blocking the groups not occupied with the peptide with ethanolamine, adding a hydroxysulfosuccinimide and carbodiimide solution for activating the carboxyl groups of the linker, adding 5-30 mg/L anthracycline solution, drying the graphene oxide until water is completely removed, suspending the graphene oxide in 0.01-1 mg/L sol containing the enzyme hydrolyzing peptide bonds, and placing inside a thin porous membrane with a cut-off factor of 3-10 kDa.
