▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The electrode (100) has conductive regions (106) which are formed on a surface of a transparent substrate (101) and separated from each other in a high-resistance region (107). The conductive region has a structure in which a first transparent conductive metal oxide layer (102), a metal layer (103), a second transparent conductive metal oxide layer (104), and a graphene-containing layer (105) are laminated in order from the base material side, and there is no compound having a graphene skeleton in the high resistance regions. USE - Transparent electrode for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The both conductivity and migration suppression effect can be achieved. The work function of the transparent electrode or the electronic device including the transparent electrode can be increased, by laminating such an unmodified graphene oxide-containing layer, and the shielding property against the ions can be enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing transparent electrode; and (2) an electronic device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the transparent electrode for electronic device.
