NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot sensitized layered terbium hydroxide involves preparing layered terbium hydroxide (NO3-LTbH), and treating the NO3-LTbH with an ion exchange method to synthesize citrate intercalated layered terbium hydroxide (CA-LTbH) which is hydrothermally carbonized to obtain graphene quantum dot-sensitized layered terbium hydroxide (GQD-LTbH). USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot sensitized layered terbium hydroxide. ADVANTAGE - The prepared product has high luminous efficiency, excellent performance, and meets actual application requirements.
