▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A fiber is formed by positioning a sheet of graphene or an oxidative analog of graphene on a surface, positioning 1st abutment components on a 1st side of the sheet and a 2nd abutment component on a 2nd side of the sheet, and applying force to 1st abutment component and/or 2nd abutment component to induce bending in the sheet to decrease a width of the sheet and increase its aspect ratio, forming the fiber. USE - Formation of a fiber for material (claimed). Can be used for yarns, or as fillers, or in reinforcing composite materials (e.g., in connection with fibers, polymers, and metals), in textiles, in electrodes, etc. ADVANTAGE - The fiber provides high strength and low weight. The fibers may also provide electrical conductivity.
