NOVELTY - Oil-free self-lubricating bearing, has shaft core (1) and shaft sleeve (2), outer side of shaft core (1) is connected with inner side of shaft sleeve (2), shaft core (1) comprises first end surface (8), inner column (5) and second end surface (3), first end surface (8) and inner column (5) are integrally formed, one end of inner column (5) is fixedly connected to inner side of second end surface (3), cross-section of shaft sleeve (2) vertical to first end surface (8) is convex, and it is two convex shapes symmetrical along axial line of the inner column (5). USE - Oil-free self-lubricating bearing. ADVANTAGE - The service life of the bearing is greatly prolonged, bearing can not rust in the severe working environment, bearing cannot be stuck due to rust, the production process of the bearing is simplified, number of parts is reduced, the cost is saved, and efficiency is increased.
