NOVELTY - A silicon carbide brick comprises 15-30 wt.% silica particles, 20-40 wt.% graphitized silica, 10-20 wt.% coarse silica powder, 9-13 wt.% fine silica powder, 10-20 wt.% graphene, 1.5-2.5 wt.% compound mineralizer, 2-5 wt.% binder and 1.5-3 wt.% nano-silicon carbide. USE - Silicon carbide brick (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicon carbide brick has improved anti-slag property, anticorrosive property, resistance to acid erosion, thermal insulation properties, high-temperature stability, mechanical properties, does not expand when heated, and effectively eliminates loosening or cracking. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing compound mineralizer; (2) method for preparing binder; and (3) method for producing silicon carbide brick.
