▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing (S100) a transparent glass substrate or a flexible polymer substrate, and preparing (S200) a substrate for an electrode by forming a graphene thin film on one surface of the prepared transparent glass or flexible polymer substrates. The electrode substrate is immerged (S300) in di-acid (DI) water for a predetermined time, and the immersed electrode is dried at a predetermined temperature. The DI water is immersed in the DI water for 1-10 minutes where the drying is performed (S400) at a temperature of 100-200 degree Celsius. The substrate is pressed with a predetermined pressure in an inert gas atmosphere. USE - Method for manufacturing transparent electrode using graphene used in industries such as refrigerator, mobile phone, display such as TV and touch sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture transparent electrode using graphene in a simple and easy manner.
