NOVELTY - Negative ion functional plate comprises an upper surface layer plate, a lower surface plate and a core layer plate. The upper surface layer plate is located on the upper surface of the core layer plate. The lower surface layer plate is located on the lower surface of the core layer plate. The negative ion function plate further comprises a rubber layer capable of releasing the negative ion, the upper surface and the lower surface of the core layer plate are provided with the rubber layer capable of releasing the negative ion. USE - Used as negative ion functional plate. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method: produces uniform and stably dispersed negative ion solution, and then blend it with adhesive, which solves the problems of easy agglomeration of negative ion materials, poor dispersion performance, difficult compatibility with adhesives and low release of negative ions from products; reduces the interaction force between negative ion particles, and improves their negative ion release function; and ensures the stability and efficiency of the negative ion release function of the product, and the product is easy to process and use later by applying an adhesive that can release negative ions between the upper and lower layers of the plate and the core layer plate. The method utilizes 100 pts. wt. water, 0.5-20 pts. wt. negative ion materials, 0.1-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-10 pts. wt. stabilizer and 0.1-6 pts. wt. pH regulator for preparation of negative ion solution, and 100 pts. wt. adhesive, 6-20 pts. wt. negative ion solution, 1-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.6-3 pts. wt. modifier and 5-20 pts. wt. filler.
