▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing nitrogen-doped graphene involves peeling graphite through high pressure homogenization and passing through micro channel of high pressure homogenizer (HPH) to obatin graphene flake. The graphene flake comprises influx unit which is dispersed in solution includes graphite, outlet unit, and micro channel which has diameter of micrometer size. The influx unit and outlet unit are connected to each other. The flake is placed and stirred into ball mill with ammonium compound. The obtained graphene flake is dried and filtered. The dry ball milling is progressed under inert atmosphere to obtain particle of state. The ammonium compound is surrounded on surface of graphene flake. The obtained particle is heated to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene. USE - Method for manufacturing nitrogen-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture nitrogen-doped graphene that increases specific surface area, pore volume and lifetime of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing sulfur-graphene composite, which involves carrying sulfur on nitrogen-doped graphene to form composite; and (2) a lithium sulfur battery anode, which comprises sulfur-graphene composite.
