NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene involves screening graphite material to obtain graphite raw material, cracking graphite raw material, adding release agent to graphite raw material, and intercalating the solvent molecules of the release agent into interlayer of graphite to obtain graphite-release agent mixed solution, performing inflation in graphite-release agent mixed solution so that hydrophobic end of release agent adhered to the thin layer of graphite is filled with gas to produce air bubbles, and weakening graphite interlayer adhesion force. USE - Preparation method of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene with high preparation efficiency and high purity, by simple and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene involves (S1) screening graphite material to obtain graphite raw material, (S2) cracking graphite raw material under protective gas atmosphere, (S3) adding release agent to graphite raw material after cracking process, completely stirring for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and intercalating the solvent molecules of the release agent into interlayer of graphite to obtain graphite-release agent mixed solution, where the release agent is surfactant, and the binding force is greater than Van der Waals force of graphite interlayer, (S4) performing inflation in the graphite-release agent mixed solution by a bubble generating device so that hydrophobic end of release agent adhered to the thin layer of graphite is filled with gas to produce air bubbles, and the volume is increased, (S5) using air explosion device detonated bubble, weakening the graphite interlayer adhesion force using the impact force of bubble explosion, and weakening the bonding force between thin layer of graphite and release agent to obtain mixture of graphite, graphene and release agent, (S6) performing centrifugal dehydration treatment of mixture of graphite, graphene and release agent obtained in the step (5), drying, sintering, and removing release agent to obtain mixture of graphite and graphene, (S7) extracting the mixture of graphite and graphene through extraction to obtain graphene mixed solution and graphite mixed solution, and (S8) separating the graphene mixed solution, and drying.
