NOVELTY - Polypyrrole/graphene/epoxy super-slip coating, prepared by mixing A component comprising 88-90% epoxy resin, 2-4% monoglycidyl ether terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 4-6% diglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and 2-4% graphene/polydopamine powder and B component comprising 94-96 wt.% curing agent and 4-6 wt.% polypyrrole/polydopamine powder in a mass ratio of 1: (0.6-1), spraying and curing, where the A component, where the A component is prepared by firstly adding epoxy resin to absolute ethanol and stirring uniformly, then adding the remaining three substances mentioned above, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain A component, and the B component is prepared by firstly adding curing agent to the absolute ethanol, stirring uniformly, then adding polypyrrole/polydopamine powder and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain B component. USE - The coating is useful for photothermal deicing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has high the photo-thermal deicing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polypyrrole/graphene/epoxy super-slip coating, prepared by mixing A component comprising 88-90% epoxy resin, 2-4% monoglycidyl ether terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 4-6% diglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and 2-4% graphene/polydopamine powder and B component comprising 94-96 wt.% curing agent and 4-6 wt.% polypyrrole/polydopamine powder in a mass ratio of 1: (0.6-1), spraying and curing, where the A component, where the A component is prepared by firstly adding epoxy resin to absolute ethanol and stirring uniformly, then adding the remaining three substances mentioned above, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain A component, the graphene/polydopamine powder is prepared by adding 0.2 g graphene powder to tris buffer, ultrasonically dispersing, then adding 0.2 g dopamine hydrochloride and stirring uniformly, performing centrifugal purification and then drying to obtain graphene/polydopamine powder, the B component is prepared by firstly adding curing agent to the absolute ethanol, stirring uniformly, then adding polypyrrole/polydopamine powder and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain B component, the polypyrrole/polydopamine powder is obtained by adding 0.2 g pyrrole to 0.1 mol/l ferric chloride solution, stirring uniformly, performing centrifugal purification and then drying to obtain polypyrrole powder, taking 0.2 g polypyrrole powder and adding to Tris buffer, then ultrasonically dispersing, then adding 0.2 g dopamine hydrochloride and stirring uniformly, performing centrifugal purification and then drying to obtain polypyrrole/polydopamine powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polypyrrole/graphene/epoxy super-slip coating comprising (i) preparing A component, (ii) preparing component B, and (iii) firstly mixing A component and B component, stirring to mix uniformly to obtain the mixture, then adding the mixture into the spraying device for spraying, finally curing the coating to obtain the polypyrrole/graphene/epoxy super-slip coating.
