NOVELTY - Polyurethane artificial leather comprises a surface layer, an intermediate layer, a bottom layer and a base fabric. The constituent materials of surface layer comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 12-15 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 18-22 pts. wt. monobutyltin oxide, 5-12 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 14-20 pts. wt. ureidopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 16-22 pts. wt. toner. The constituent material of intermediate layer comprises 65-75 pts. wt. polyurethane foamed polyurethane resin, 45-55 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 15-25 pts. wt. foaming agent. The composition of bottom layer material comprises 55-75 pts. wt. adhesive layer resin, 65-75 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 14-18 pts. wt. acetone, 5-10 pts. wt. alumina, and 11-16 pts. wt. quartz powder. USE - Polyurethane artificial leather for improving acid and alkali resistance. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane artificial leather is beneficial for improving acid and alkali resistance, and has structurally stable and structurally strong material.
