▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing polyamide complex membrane using a sulfur-doped nano-carbon material comprises preparing carbon composition by homogeneously mixing a nano-carbon material with 350-450 pts. wt. sulfur, heating carbon composition to 160-180 degrees C at rate of 8-12 degrees C/minute, maintaining for 3 hours and 30 minutes to 4 hours and 30 minutes, homogenizing carbon composition using homogeneous mixer, naturally cooling carbon composition to room temperature, filtering, washing carbon composition to obtain nano-carbon material in powder form, drying nano-carbon material at 160-180 degrees C in vacuum atmosphere for 30-60 minutes, adding and dispersing nano-carbon material to first solution containing a polyfunctional aromatic amine, immersing the porous support in the first solution, immersing the porous support in a second solution containing a polyfunctional acyl halide, and drying the porous support at 60-80 degrees C for 30-60 minutes. USE - The method is useful for producing polyamide complex membrane using a sulfur-doped nano-carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves mechanical stability; reduces energy consumption and cost.
