NOVELTY - A graphene floating component is prepared using 100 pts. wt. plastic substrate, 0.5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-1.5 pt. wt. light stabilizer, 0.3-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 5-20 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.1-1 pt. wt. antibacterial agent and 1-15 pts. wt. color masterbatch. The graphene floating component is prepared by uniformly mixing the plastic substrate, graphene, light stabilizer, antioxidant, flame retardant, antibacterial agent and color masterbatch in portions, melt-extruding mixed material by a twin-screw extruder, then granulating, screening, and molding obtained material by a blow molding, an injection molding or a rotational molding method. USE - Graphene floating component is used for water-on-water floating system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene floating component has excellent flame retardance, antistatic property, antiaging property and antimicrobial adsorption property, and high strength and toughness.
