NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant epoxy resin composite material with simultaneous microwave peeling and intercalation of organically modified nano two-dimensional materials comprises mixing two-dimensional material, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and deionized water for dispersion to obtain suspension, subjecting suspension to first microwave treatment and second microwave treatment to obtain an intercalated organically modified nano two-dimensional material, mixing intumescent flame retardant with silane coupling agent and performing surface modification to obtain modified intumescent flame retardant, mixing intercalated organically modified nano two-dimensional material, modified intumescent flame retardant, epoxy resin and curing agent to obtain a microwave simultaneous peeling and intercalated organically modified nano two-dimensional material to synergize flame-retardant epoxy resin composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame-retardant epoxy resin composite material with simultaneous microwave peeling and intercalation of organically modified nano two-dimensional materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: greatly reduces the heat release and smoke release rate of epoxy resin during combustion; can accelerate the quality and rate of esterification of intumescent flame retardant into carbon to the greatest extent; improves flame retardant efficiency of intumescent flame retardants; and greatly improves flame retardant performance of intumescent flame retardants. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for flame-retardant epoxy resin composite material is prepared by the above mentioned method.
