▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene barrier coating automotive parts manufacturing system (1000) comprises at least one graphene solution precision spraying device (300), at least one robotic device for mounting and detaching automobile parts to robot jig, at least one cloud-based control device (400) for controlling at least one graphene solution precision spraying devices and robot devices (100), at least one robotic devices placed so that graphene solution can be evenly coated on parts by changing position of automobile parts. The graphene solution precision spraying device allows graphene solution to be sprayed onto parts mounted on robot jig to extrude graphene solution through multiple orifices to micronize filament into fiber. A layer of thinned fibers is laminated on automobile part to form graphene barrier coating. At least one cloud-based control device controls graphene solution precision spraying device and robot device so that graphene solution is evenly coated on automobile parts.
