NOVELTY - A cable material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene-modified polypropylene, 15-25 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 7-11 pts. wt. gum arabic, 3-6 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 4-8 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 3-7 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 6-9 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-5 pts. wt. plasticizer and 2-4 pts. wt. reinforcing agent. The graphene-modified polypropylene is prepared by pre-mixing polypropylene powder, stabilizer, acrylic resin and graphene nano carbon material in a ratio of 100:8:2:1 in a high-speed mixer, and melt-mixing at 160-180 degrees C and 40-80 rpm for 2-10 minutes. USE - Cable material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has excellent thermal conductivity, insulating property, tensile strength and toughness, and can be prepared by easy process.
