▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-modified laser absorption layer coating comprises polyurethane resin, black additive material, functional additive agent and deionized water, and the concentration of polyurethane resin, black additive material, functional additive agent and the deionized water of coating is X, Y, Z, and R, where X + Y + Z + R is 1, X is 50-70 %mass, Y is 10-30 %mass, Z is 1-10 %mass and R is 0-20 %mass. USE - The coating useful in surface treatment of portions. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent bonding force between coating and portion, ensures high coating efficiency, excellent quality reliability and high removal efficiency, and is beneficial to processing of complex portion and mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for coating graphene-modified laser absorption layer coating, involving (a) cleaning surface of portion to be laser shock strengthened using alcohol dipping gauze wiping or ultrasonic cleaning mode, (b) adding aqueous graphene slurry or graphene powder to deionized water to form graphene slurry, ultrasonically dispersing carbon black or iron oxide black in graphene slurry, adding mixed slurry to aqueous polyurethane resin emulsion, uniformly dispersing at high speed, adding functional additive, and uniformly dispersing to obtain coating, and (c) uniformly coating obtained coating on surface of portion using high-pressure gas driving spraying mode, and after drying at room temperature, and the thickness of the coating is 100-1000 mu m.
