NOVELTY - A phase-change temperature-adjusting fiber is obtained by spinning a spinning dope containing phase-change energy storage microcapsules. The core material of the phase change energy storage microcapsule is a phase change material. The wall material of the phase change energy storage microcapsule comprises an organic wall material and an inorganic wall material. The inorganic wall material is chosen from at least one of graphene, carbon nanotubes, silicon carbide and calcium carbonate. USE - Phase-change temperature-adjusting fiber used for forming military equipment and civilian textile materials. ADVANTAGE - The phase-change temperature-adjusting fiber has improved heat absorption and heat release speed and efficiency during the temperature change process and excellent temperature regulation effect, and effectively improves the thermal conductivity of the microcapsule wall material, improves phase change material perceives temperature changes. While ensuring the mechanical properties of the fibers, the enthalpy value of the prepared microcapsules can reach 200 J/g, and the enthalpy value of the prepared fibers can reach 20 J/g. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of phase-change temperature-adjusting fiber, which involves (S1) preparing phase change energy storage microcapsules, (S2) premixing the phase-change energy storage microcapsules with spinning solution to prepare spinning stock solution, and (S3) spinning by a melt spinning method or a solution spinning method. The solution spinning method comprises dry spinning, wet spinning or dry-wet spinning.
