NOVELTY - A waterproofing admixture comprises 0.5-1 g agro-waste-derived graphene oxide and 0.37-0.57 ml oleic acid. USE - Waterproofing admixture used for fabricating hydrophobic/waterproofed mortar for external wall finishing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fabrication of hydrophobic/waterproofed mortar, which involves magnetically stirring synthesized graphene oxide and oleic acid for 1 hour, mixing produced waterproofing admixture with sand, cement and 30-40 %mass water with respect to total content of mixture, and allowing to set for 24 hours. The mass ratio of cement to sand is 1:3.
