NOVELTY - Temperature sensor based on reduced graphene oxide comprises a flat layer of insulating material. A reduced graphene oxide film is overlying the insulating material layer. The reduced graphene oxide film is covalently bonded to the insulating material layer. The reduced graphene oxide film is further provided with two or more electrodes at intervals. The electrical conductivity of the reduced graphene oxide film is 5-15 S/cm. The material of the insulating material layer includes silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, hafnium oxide, and/or titanium oxide. The material of the electrode includes metal, carbon material, and conductive polymer. USE - The sensor is useful for temperature testing system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor: realizes temperature detection of ultra-fast, high sensitivity, and high temperature resolution; has wide detection temperature range; is insensitive to external pressure; adapts to complex application environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing temperature sensor based on reduced graphene oxide; and (2) temperature testing system.
