NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyurethane resin material with high thermal stability prepared by (i) adding graphene oxide and bromo acetic acid into sodium hydroxide solvent solvent and reacting to obtain carboxylated graphene; (ii) adding polypropylene glycol 1000, carboxylation graphene, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-methylamino-pyridine into N,N-dimethyl formamide solvent, ultrasonically dispersing in ultrasonic instrument, reacting in water bath for 10-20 hours under the 50-70 degrees C, dialyzing and drying product to obtain polypropylene glycol grafted graphene; and (iii) adding polypropylene glycol 1000, toluene diisocynate and polypropylene glycol grafted graphene into acetone solvent, reacting for 1-3 hours under 60-80 degrees C, dropping dimethylolpropionic acid and dibutyltin dilaurate, continuously reacting for 1-3 hours, adding trimethylolpropane, stirring and reacting for 30-60 minutes, vacuum defoaming and pouring product into mold to solidify at constant temperature to form film, is claimed. USE - Used as graphene modified polyurethane resin material with high thermal stability. ADVANTAGE - The material has high thermal stability and high specific surface area of the graphene nano layer and improves the dispersibility of graphene, improves the interface compatibility of graphene and polyurethane, improves the mechanical property of the polyurethane resin, reduces the escape of the polyurethane heat degradation product and delays the oxygen permeation.
