NOVELTY - A graphene-containing asphalt formulation comprises 80-110 pts. wt. basalt with particle size of 10-13 mm, 20-50 pts. wt. basalt with particle size of 3-7 mm, 40-70 pts. wt. basalt with particle size of 0.5-1.5 mm, 70-120 pts. wt. marble with particle size of 5-8 mm, 10-30 pts. wt. marble with particle size of 0.2-1.5 mm, 20-50 pts. wt. quartz with particle size of 1.5-3 mm, 40-55 pts. wt. iron ore powder with particle size of 20-40 mu m, 10-15 pts. wt. glass powder with particle size of 3-6 mu m, 15-25 pts. wt. illite with particle size of 10-30 mu m, 20-50 pts. wt. shale powder with particle size of 10-30 mu m, 65-90 pts. wt. emulsified asphalt, 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-50 pts. wt. leveling agent, 10-50 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 10-50 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 20-40 pts. wt. solvent (A), 30-50 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. intrinsic state polyaniline graphene composite material, and 30-50 pts. wt. solvent (B). USE - Graphene-containing asphalt formulation for road. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing asphalt formulation can remove the heat from the asphalt road at high temperature, reduce the heat absorption of the road surface, improve the strength and service life of the road surface, and reduce road maintenance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-containing asphalt, which involves adding graphene oxide dispersion to hydrochloric acid solution, performing ultrasonic cell pulverization, adding aniline, mixing at 0-5 degrees C to obtain mixed solution (M1), controlling aniline concentration to 0.05-0.35 mol/L, graphene concentration to 0.5-5 mg/mL and hydrochloric acid concentration to 0.1-1 mol/L, dissolving oxidant in hydrochloric acid solution to obtain mixed solution (M2), adding mixed solution (M2) to (M1), mixing uniformly at 0-5 degrees C, reacting for 6-24 hours, centrifuging, washing to obtain intrinsic state polyaniline graphene composite material, mixing basalt with particle size of 10-13 mm, basalt with particle size of 3-7 mm, basalt with particle size of 0.5-1.5 mm, marble with particle size of 5-8 mm, marble with particle size of 0.2-1.5 mm, quartz to obtain mixture (M3), mixing iron ore powder, glass powder, illite and shale powder to obtain mixture (M4), adding emulsified asphalt to mixture (M3) for 2-3 minutes, adding mixture (M4) for 3-5 minutes to obtain mixture (M5), adding epoxy resin and solvent (A) to reactor under protection of nitrogen, stirring at high speed, uniformly dispersing, adding leveling agent, defoamer, filler and wetting and dispersing agent, stirring at high speed for 0.5-2 hours, dispersing, grinding evenly, discharging, sealing, protecting from light in cool place to obtain mixture (M7), adding curing agent and intrinsic state polyaniline graphene composite material to reactor under protection of nitrogen, stirring at low speed, evenly dispersing, adding solvent (B), stirring, dispersing, grinding evenly, discharging, sealing, keeping in cool place away from light to obtain mixture (M6), mixing mixture (M6) and (M7) in mass ratio of (1:0.25)-(1:0.5), leaving still for 30 minutes to obtain polyaniline graphene nanocomposite anticorrosive coating, and mixing with mixture (M5) uniformly.
