NOVELTY - Polypyrrole conductive pressure sensitive graphene composite material, is claimed, where a pi - pi stacking between graphene and polypyrrole. USE - The material is useful in high speed road vehicle weighing, urban transport of violation monitoring system and concrete structures of non-destructive testing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing polypyrrole conductive pressure sensitive graphene composite material comprising (i) weighing amount of graphene, adding 1-pyrenecarboxylic acid into dimethylformamide solution, ultrasonic dispersing, stirring, filtering using microporous membrane, washing and drying to obtain pyrene formic acid graphene composites, (ii) adding step (i) obtained pyrene in dimethylformamide, ultrasonic dispersing, adding excess of thionyl chloride, then magnetic stirring under ice-cooling bath, and removing thionyl chloride, and (iii) adding pyrrole monomer into step (ii) product, ultrasonic dispersing at room temperature, then adding oxidant solution, ultrasonic dispersing, filtering, washing, drying to obtain final product; and (2) preparing pressure-sensitive device comprising (1) pressing pressure-sensitive conductive polypyrrole graphene composite material, (2) coating or pressing the pressure-sensitive conductive polypyrrole graphene composite material on surface layer or sheet of conductive material, and (3) taking pressure-sensitive conductive polypyrrole graphene composite material as a filler, adding to epoxy resin, polyurethane, cement, concrete and other substrates.
