NOVELTY - Preparing low temperature resistant and impact-resistant thermoplastic elastomer comprises (i) mixing and dispersing 5-8 pts. wt. hollow glass microsphere, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. γ-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxy silane and 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant in 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water to obtain dispersion; (ii) adding 3-6 pts. wt. nano-oxidized graphene to dispersion for 1-3 hours, drying to obtain hollow glass microsphere/nano-oxidized graphene complex; and (iii) mixing 1-5 pts. wt. hollow glass microsphere/nano-oxidized graphene complex, 1-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-5 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, stirring to obtain oil-filling auxiliary agent, mixing 40-50 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene and 10-15 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, stirring for 3-6 hours and oil-extending for 2-3 days to obtain oil-extended SEBS, 30 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer and 10-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate, extruding, granulating in twin-screw extruder. USE - The low-temperature resistant and impact-resistant thermoplastic elastomer is useful in door sealing strip of refrigerating device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic elastomer: has improved impact resistance, adds hollow glass microsphere i.e. hollow, when it is impacted, can digest and impact strength, thus the impact resistance of the material is improved, also has higher specific resistance, extremely low water absorption rate, heat insulation, suitable for refrigerating device for insulating, water absorbing and heat insulation with the requirement of the occasion, adds nano oxidation graphene i.e. in powder form, which can rapidly disperse impact force, and has excellent compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for low-temperature resistant and impact-resistant thermoplastic elastomer, is obtained by the above method.
