▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The substrate has a silicon carbide heat conducting layer, a diamond heat conducting layer, a graphene heat conducting layer and an aluminum nitride single crystal heat conducting layer orderly arranged from a top end to a bottom end. The silicon carbide heat conducting layer, the diamond heat conducting layer, the graphene heat conducting layer and an adjacent heat conducting layer of the aluminum nitride single crystal heat conducting layer are bonded by heat conducting adhesive with high heat conducting. The silicon carbide heat conducting layer is formed as a hexagonal phase silicon carbide single crystal structure. USE - UV LED chip radiating composite substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate can rapidly realize heat energy propagation in transverse and longitudinal direction by multi-layer high thermal conductivity material, and improves radiating efficiency of a UV LED chip and efficiency of the ultraviolet LED caused due to heat accumulation and aging of a packaging structure.
