▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has multiple iron magnetic units mounted on an end of a graphene layer. A first electrode and a second electrode at are mounted on two ends of the graphene layer and placed far away from an side of the iron magnetic units. A filling layer is formed between the iron magnetic units, where material of the filling layer is graphene. The filling layer is provided with multiple strip-shaped Graphene structures. A first magnet and a second magnet are mounted close and far away from an end of the iron magnetic units on the filling layer. An aerogel layer is placed close to an end of the first electrode and the second electrode on the filling layer. USE - Magnetic heat effect based magnetic field detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector changes temperature of a graphene layer to change thermal noise on the graphene layer by detecting change of the temperature of the graphene layer, obtains thermal noise of a graphite according to relationship between the temperature change of the graphene layer and the thermal noise and obtains magnetic field size of the area to-be-detected according to corresponding relation of the thermal noise and a magnetic field.
