▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ternary composite gas sensing chip comprises (i) mixing the volume of graphene oxide solution with molybdenum disulfide solution, vibrating uniformly, adding micro polydimethyldimethyldiol (PDDA), vibrating on the oscillator overnight, then centrifugally washing for several times with de-ionized water, re-dispersing in equal amount of de-ionic water to obtain the self-assembled suspension material; (ii) using PDMS film to limit the ITO-PET interdigital electrode, performing oxygen plasma treatment on the electrode, dropping the selfassembled turbid material prepared in step (i), drying on the heating plate, blowing with nitrogen, then putting into reducing steam to reduce for 10-20 minutes at 60-100?? C to obtain a ternally composite gas sensor chip unit; and (iii) using single or multiple ternality composite gas sensors chip unit to form the ternacy composite gas detection chip USE - The method is useful for preparation of ternary composite gas sensing chip. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare ternary composite gas sensing chip, which is easy to be industrialized, and has excellent gas sensing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a ternary composite gas sensing material; (2) a ternary composite gas sensing chip; and (3) an application method of ternary composite gas sensing chip.
