NOVELTY - Preparing synergistic reinforced aluminum-based composite material of graphene silicon nitride, comprises placing aluminum metal, graphene-silicon nitride/aluminum prefabricated body and aluminum metal block into the soaking furnace, placing aluminum metal block in the graphite mold at the bottom of the furnace cavity of the soaking furnace, placing the graphene-silicon nitride/aluminum prefabricated body on upper part of the furnace cavity of the soaking furnace, heating the aluminum metal block and heat preserving a molten aluminum metal, soaking the preheated graphene-silicon nitride/aluminum prefabricated body into the molten aluminum metal, stop heating, performing pressure infiltration, naturally cooling to obtain high-density graphene nitride reinforced aluminum-based composite material ingot and placing the high density graphene silicon-nitride-reinforced aluminum-based composite material ingot for large plastic deformation treatment and homogenizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing an aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the interfacial bonding strength of graphene in aluminum matrix composites.
