▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Replaceable mask pad with improved antibacterial and filtering function comprises functional antibacterial composition coated on the surface and back surface of the mask-shaped pad member (1) impregnated with the antimicrobial composition. A Velcro detachable member (3) is attached to the edge of any one of the front and back surfaces of the pad member coated with the functional antibacterial composition and form a replaceable pad (100) further coupled to multiple spaced arrangement configuration. The functional antibacterial composition coated on the front and back surfaces of the pad member comprises 15-20% silicic acid, 15-20% titanium dioxide, and 5-10% sodium oxide, 5-10% calcium carbonate, 1-2% zinc oxide and 40-50% natural binding made of a mixed composition. USE - Used as replaceable mask pad with improved antibacterial and filtering function. ADVANTAGE - The pad has improved antibacterial, filtration, adsorption, and deodorization functions, suppresses the spread of droplets (saliva) that can occur between nearby contacts; prolongs lifespan of the mask, prevents unnecessary waste of resources according to the extension of the lifespan of the mask, minimizes the generation of mask waste to improve economic feasibility, environmental friendliness, and use efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing a replaceable mask pad with improved antibacterial and filtering functions, comprising (i) preparing polyethylene nonwoven fabric, a polyethylene terephthalate nonwoven fabric, and a fabric of any one of the cotton nonwoven fabric; (ii) impregnating any one of the nonwoven fabrics prepared through the fabric preparation process with an antimicrobial composition consisting of a mixture of copper powder, graphene powder, and kaolin solution for a time range of 100-120 minutes, placing fabric material into an industrial low-temperature dryer and drying it at a low temperature in a temperature range of 40-50 degrees C; (iii) extracting silicic acid from natural minerals, titanium dioxide, sodium oxide, calcium carbonate, and zinc oxide, crushing and pro into nanoparticle-sized powder, where antibacterial composition raw material pretreatment process of alcohol-washing each pulverized raw material 10-12 times; (iv) crushing 15-20% silicic acid powder, 15-20% titanium dioxide powder, sodium oxide powder 5-10%, calcium carbonate powder 5-10%, zinc oxide powder 1-2%, and 40-50% natural binding in an industrial mixer, and forming a functional antibacterial composition by mixing; (v) subjecting nonwoven fabric to the raw material pretreatment step, performing immersion treatment in the functional antibacterial composition formed through the antimicrobial composition mixing process for a time range of 100-120 minutes, placing immersed nonwoven fabric into an industrial high-temperature dryer and drying it at a high temperature in a temperature range of 80-120 degrees C; and (vi) subjecting pad member to cutting and molding process.
