NOVELTY - Nano-mass concrete anti-crack agent comprises 35-55 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. nano magnesium oxide, 10-90 pts. wt. dispersant, and 500-2000 pts. wt. deionized water, where the graphene oxide is a nanosheet layer formed by oxidizing and peeling graphite powder under strong acid action with a strong oxidant, the average particle diameter of the nano zinc oxide is 20-50 nm, and the average particle diameter of the nano magnesium oxide is 40-80 nm. USE - Used as nano-mass concrete anti-crack agent. ADVANTAGE - The anti-crack agent: reduces hydration heat rate and shrinkage of concrete; delays heat release peak of mass concrete; improves strength, toughness and thermal diffusion coefficient of concrete; and prevent the occurrence of cracks in mass concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-mass concrete anti-crack agent, comprising under room temperature, adding a part of the dispersant to deionized water, adding graphene oxide, and obtaining uniformly dispersed mixed liquid of graphene oxide by ultrasound, adding nano-zinc oxide and nano-magnesium oxide and the remaining dispersing agent, continuing ultrasonication to make nano-zinc oxide and nano-magnesium oxide evenly dispersed in the graphene oxide mixture, i.e. zinc oxide-magnesium oxide-graphene oxide nano anti-crack agent.
