▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide (rGO) comprises: (a) heating a carbon source at temperature of 480-520 degrees C; (b) cooling the heated carbon source; and (c) heating the cooled carbon source under vacuum at 850-950 degrees C, to obtain the rGO. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduced graphene oxide (claimed) which is used in electronics, energy storage and biomedical/biosensor applications. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides the rGO that has a conductivity of 1900-2100 S/cm, preferably 2000S/cm, surface area of 45-55 (preferably 50) m2 g-1 along with very low oxygen content and yield of rGO is 85-95% with respect to the carbon source; is simple and converts low-cost carbon sources such as coal tar pitch (industrial by-product) into a high quality rGO thus inexpensive and eco-friendly.
