▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene composite material preparing method involves mixing graphite powder and sodium nitrate in an ice water bath with sulfuric acid in an Erlenmeyer flask, adding potassium permanganate to the mixed solution, stirring, adding 100 ml of deionized water and 6 ml of 30-35% hydrogen peroxide to the dark brown mixed solution, and washing the solution with hydrochloric acid solution, and lyophilizing, adding graphene oxide to deionized water, and adding titanium dioxide powder to the graphene oxide dispersion, stirring, adding mixed dispersion of titanium dioxide and graphene oxide to sodium hydroxide and stirring, hydrolyzing the mixed solution, pickling the hydrothermal product in hydrochloric acid, and washing, freeze-drying the washed product, heat treating at 450-500 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene composite material with high efficiency, high specific surface area and conductivity, high performance, and in simple and easy manner.
