▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Self-limiting temperature conductive ink comprises 18-45% carbon-based conductive filling material, 6-10% self-limiting temperature material, 20-48% resin bonding material, 3-6% additive and 25-45% solvent. The self-limiting temperature material comprises 41-65% barium titanate, 27-50% strontium titanate, 5-9% chromium (VI) oxide, 3-7% lanthanum oxide, 0.5%-1% calcium carbonate, 0.4-1% silicon dioxide and 0.1-0.5% aluminium oxide. The mass ratio of barium titanate, strontium titanate, chromium (VI) oxide and lanthanum oxide are 1: (0.45-1): (0.1-0.23): (0.05-0.15). USE - Used as self-limiting temperature conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method prevents circuit damage and heat attenuation phenomenon caused by over-heat of circuit; the resistance value can be quickly increased under the high temperature condition; effectively making the self-limiting temperature conductive ink stop heating at the temperature interval; the heating temperature is not higher than 120degreesC; the inner resin bonding material will not melt; the inner structure of the heating ceramic tile has small influence; and it can be used for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: heat-generating ceramic, prepared on a ceramic tile by screen printing. (1) preparing the self-limiting temperature conductive ink, comprising (i) mixing carbon-based conductive filler, self-limiting temperature material, resin binder, additives and solvent, ball milling for more than 1 hour to make the mixture, and uniformly grinding; and (ii) dispersing until the particle size of the mixture is less than 10 um to obtain the self-temperature-limiting conductive ink; where the viscosity of the self-limiting temperature conductive ink is 80-120 pa.s; and
