NOVELTY - A nanocomposite material comprises 100-200 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide, 3-15 pts. wt. graphene, and 3-10 pts. wt. montmorillonite. The graphene is loaded in a carrier of a network structure. The graphene has a thickness of 10-50 nm. USE - Nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material has large contact area, and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of nanocomposite material, which involves inserting the graphene-loaded carrier into montmorillonite, and mixing with polyphenylene sulfide.
