NOVELTY - An antistatic degradable film comprises an outer film layer, an intermediate film layer and an inner film layer. The outer film layer and the inner film layer comprise 5-9 pts. wt. modified nano graphene, 10-16 pts. wt. antistatic masterbatch, 10-20 pts. wt. peanut shell powder, 20-30 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 8-14 pts. wt. modified zeolite powder, 2-4 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 1-3 pts. wt. tea saponin, and 2-6 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol. The intermediate film layer comprises 10-20 pts. wt. starch-based water-absorbing resin, 1-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent, and 4-8 pts. wt. calcium stearate. USE - Antistatic degradable film. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent biodegradability, antistatic property and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of antistatic degradable film, which involves uniformly mixing raw material for forming outer and inner layers and intermediate layer, adding to three film layer extruders, plasticizing, extruding in die, irradiating with ultraviolet light, drawing by a traction device, cooling to form a preliminarily formed antistatic degradable film, further irradiating with infrared radiation, inflating, cooling, flattening, drawing, and rewinding.
