NOVELTY - The method involves generating oxidation reaction on surface of working electrode to generate adsorption state oxygen atom and oxygen, and generating reduction reaction. The working electrode includes a carrier and a catalyst coated on the surface of the carrier, the catalyst is used to catalyze the oxidation reaction and reduction reaction. Preferably, the carrier includes any one of glassy carbon, carbon cloth or conductive glass. Preferably, the catalyst includes any one of nickel-zinc bimetallic catalyst, nickel foam catalyst, nickel oxide-nickel hydroxide catalyst or graphene oxide catalyst. USE - Hydrogen peroxide electrocatalysis synthesis method for usein chemical synthesis, paper pulp, bleaching of paper and textile, metal mineral processing, environment-friendly, electronic, war industry and space. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of directly generating synthesis hydrogen peroxide needed by the reaction or reactive species on the working electrode surface, and avoids the reactant on the catalyst surface adsorption and the step of converting into active species.
