▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fuel cell catalytic layer involves alternately spraying a catalyst slurry (I) and a catalyst slurry (II) to form a fuel cell catalyst layer with an interlayer structure, where the catalyst slurry (I) is provided with a catalyst, a perfluorosulfonic acid ionomer and a dispersant, and the total mass fraction of the catalyst and the perfluorosulfonic acid ionomer is 0.1-3 wt.%. The catalyst slurry (II) is composed of a carbon material, a perfume ionomer, and a solvent. USE - The method is useful for preparing fuel cell catalytic layer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare fuel cell catalytic layer that has improved proton conduction capability and hole structure, thus improving the output performance of the fuel cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a membrane electrode of a fuel cell.
