▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sheet has a graphene layer (1) i.e. graphite powder, provided with a side surface of a metal layer (3) through an adhesive layer (2) i.e. heat-conducting adhesive. An upper end surface and a lower end surface of the graphene layer are covered with a side of the adhesive layer, respectively. Two sides of the metal layer are arranged together. Thickness of the metal layer is 15-500 microns. Thickness of the graphene layer is 1-100 microns. The graphene powder comprises physical exfoliated graphene and graphene oxide. USE - Graphite-metal composite sheet for a phone radiating film, an LED radiating film and a computer radiating film. ADVANTAGE - The sheet is environment-friendly, and has better heat conductivity, better workability, better radiating performance, better cutting property, better flexibility, simple production process, better energy-saving function and wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphite-metal composite sheet preparation method.
