NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene junction with each of thickness, surface area and shape is freely changed involves creating alcohol dispersion liquid by dispersing metal compound comprising nickel, iron and cobalt deposited by thermal decomposition in alcohol, mixing with graphene, creating suspension, rotating and rock or fluctuating within mixer, isolating or separating graphene cluster into each graphene with homogenizer apparatus, filling into container with shallow bottom, repeatedly vibrating in up-and-down directions, overlapping surfaces of graphene, heating container to thermally decompose metallic compound, and manufacturing graphene joined body having shape of bottom surface on the bottom of container. USE - The method is used for manufacturing graphene junction with each of thickness, surface area and shape is freely changed. ADVANTAGE - The product has catalytic action, electric insulation and corrosion resistance, and excellent malleability, electroconductivity and thermal conductivity properties. The method is cheap and very simple.
