NOVELTY - Preparing copper-based graphene comprises (i) performing surface cleaning and drying treatment on the copper material, (ii) stacking and placing the high temperature resistant substrate, the copper material, and the high temperature resistant substrate in sequence to form a three-layer stack structure of substrate-copper material-substrate, (iii) annealing the three-layer stack structure, and using chemical vapor deposition to grow the graphene layer on the three-layer stack structure, and growing the graphene layer on the surface of the copper material to obtain copper-based graphene, where the copper material includes copper powder, copper foil or copper wire, and the high temperature resistant substrate is a graphite sheet or an alumina sheet. USE - The copper-based graphene is useful for preparing copper-based graphene conductor of electric wire cable (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the formation of oxidized particles from the source, solving the problem of impurity pollution in the graphene preparation process, preparing clean graphene, greatly improving the conductivity.
