▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-metal oxide composite coating comprises (i) mixing 5-10 wt.% n-tetrabutyl titanate, 0.05-1 wt.% graphene derivative, 0.05-1 wt.% surfactant to obtain graphene-metal oxide composite coating of water and ethanol, (ii) spraying the graphene-metal oxide composite coating, dip coating, brush coating on the surface of the base material, and (iii) drying the coating on the surface of the base material at 100-400 degrees C to obtain graphene-metal oxide composite coating, where graphene derivative in the coating has a particle size distribution D50 of 10-30 mu m; median thickness of the graphene derivative is 2-10 nm; and surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate and/or alkylphenol ethoxylate. USE - The coating is useful for marine equipment, vehicles and building alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent corrosion resistance and strong substrate binding force.
