NOVELTY - A cooling structure comprises an infrared ray and UV ray absorption and emission layer comprising a polymer matrix and a conversion material dispersed in the polymer matrix, for absorbing UV ray to emit visible ray, and a visible light reflective layer arranged under the infrared and UV absorption and emission layer, for reflecting visible light. The conversion material contains nanoparticles of a core-shell structure including a core formed of a semiconductor material (M1) having a bandgap energy corresponding to visible light and a shell formed of a semiconductor material (M2) having a bandgap energy corresponding to UV light, which covers at least a portion of the core. USE - Cooling structure used for cooling article such as building structures such as exterior walls and windows of buildings, automobiles and solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The cooling structure has excellent cooling efficiency by using material that absorbs light in the UV region and converts into light in the visible region, and converts light in the UV region that is not previously reflected into visible light and then reflects. The cooling material contributes to increase power efficiency.
